FSC has extended the validity of the interpretations and derogations of the collection of Policy responses to Situation in Ukraine. The new validity end date of the derogations and interpretations is 30 June 2023.
The recently published new generic derogation “FSC-DER-2022-016” on extension of the transition period to FSC-STD-40-004 V3-1 for CoC certificate holders in Ukraine was added to the collection. Please note that this derogation has a validity end date of 30 April 2023.
