The webinars will be conducted by Fredrik Backlund, an expert in organisational development and teamwork from Luleå University of Technology (Sweden), co-author of the "Well-Working Team" methodology. Fredrik has extensive experience conducting seminars and training sessions on developing effective teams and works with organisations across Europe.

The goal of the webinar series is to create the foundations for effective cross-sectoral cooperation among stakeholders in Ukraine's green recovery, particularly in the context of promoting renewable materials and sustainable development principles. The webinars are part of FSC Ukraine's broader initiative to support the creation of coalitions promoting renewable materials and New European Bauhaus principles.

The first webinar "Effective and Efficient Collaboration" will take place on November 27, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+2, EET) and will last 2 hours. It will have a theoretical focus, covering key concepts and principles of effective collaboration. During the webinar, an introduction to the overall theme of cooperation will be presented, the interaction of FSC actors and stakeholders in the forest sector from a collaboration perspective will be examined, and fundamental questions of cooperation – what, why and how – will be discussed. Participants will also learn about collaboration in effective and efficient groups and teams, inter-organisational cooperation from the stakeholders' perspective, and the specifics of effective interaction between them.

The second webinar, "Collaboration Between Stakeholders in the Forest Sector and Green Recovery" is scheduled for December 4, 2025, at 16:00 (UTC+2, EET) and will last 2 hours. It will have a practical focus and will be adapted based on questions and comments from participants of the first webinar. The main emphasis will be on practical aspects and measures for achieving effective cooperation, specific cases, as well as interactive discussion of challenges and opportunities.

The webinars welcome FSC network partners and certificate holders, green recovery project managers, NGO representatives, government representatives, private sector participants involved in sustainability initiatives, forest management project managers, as well as professionals working on cross-sectoral cooperation.

The webinars will be conducted online in English with simultaneous interpretation into Ukrainian. After the first webinar, participants will have the opportunity to send their comments and questions to the organisers, which will be used to shape the program of the second webinar, ensuring maximum practical value of the event.
