The webinars were conducted by Fredrik Backlund, an expert in organisational development from Luleå University of Technology (Sweden), co-author of the "Well-Working Team" methodology.

Participants learned about key concepts of effective collaboration: conflict management strategies, stages of team development, and the role of psychological safety in teamwork. The lecturer also emphasised the importance of understanding stakeholders' needs and expectations as the foundation for building effective cooperation.

All those interested in effective collaboration are invited to take the free online course (MOOC) "The Well-Working Team" from Luleå University of Technology. The course covers group dynamics, communication, feedback and coaching. Duration — 4 weeks (approximately 5 hours per week), language — English, format — online with flexible scheduling.
FSC Ukraine thanks Fredrik Backlund for his professional work and insightful discussions with participants, who particularly appreciated the interactive format — the speaker devoted considerable attention to questions and discussions, creating greater practical value compared to a purely lecture-based approach.
The webinars are part of FSC Ukraine's activities aimed at supporting Ukraine's green recovery and developing effective cooperation among forest sector stakeholders.
